No. The subscription is monthly and has no commitment clause. You can start by paying the first month and request cancellation whenever you want, without penalties or complications.

For an adequate experience, the computer must meet these requirements: Operating system: Windows 11. Processor: 64-bit compatible with Windows 11. Intel i3 8100 / 8130U or higher is recommended. ARM processors: not supported. RAM: minimum 8 GB. Recommended 16 GB for a better experience. Internet connection: at least 10 Mbps. Screen resolution: 1366 x 768 or higher. We do not recommend operating with old, slow, or obsolete equipment, because device performance and internet connection directly impact the user experience.

Krae.OS Starter costs Gs. 240,000 per month and includes invoicing, sales, collections, online orders, audit, basic tax, RG90, and SIFEN. Krae.OS Business costs Gs. 360,000 per month and adds purchases, stock, cash, banks, administration, and more complete operational management. For operations with accounting or production, Corporate and Industry are available.

No. Starter is designed for invoicing, sales, collections, online orders, audit, basic tax, RG90, and SIFEN. If your company needs to control stock, purchases, cash, or banks, Business applies.

Yes. Krae.Flux is included in the published Krae.OS plans as the online catalog and order module. Each installation includes 100 initial items for the catalog.

We do not promise instant SIFEN activation. The process depends on your company's status and requirements before DNIT. Krae.OS supports the transition toward SIFEN and helps you move toward electronic invoicing with our guidance.

Initial activation of the published plans has no installation cost. The first month of subscription is paid. If your company requires migrations, special configurations, or additional work, we review it with you beforehand.

Additional components, when they apply to the contracted plan, cost Gs. 120,000 per month per unit. They may correspond to users, points of sale, warehouses, or cash boxes, depending on your company's needs.

Krae.Flux is the online catalog and order module of Krae.OS. It allows your company to publish products or services, receive orders, and connect them with the operation inside Krae.OS.

Krae.Flux is included in the published Krae.OS plans with 100 initial items for the catalog. It is not presented as a separate additional module for Starter, Business, Corporate, or Industry.

If your company needs to publish more than 100 items, you can subscribe to additional packs that increase the number of available catalog items.

Yes. Krae.Flux allows you to work with an online catalog to receive orders even if your company does not have its own website.

Yes. Krae.Flux can be customized with your company logo to reinforce your brand presence in the online catalog.
